Yellow Alert

At a crime scene, we do tend to see everyday places in sharper detail but this photograph has fun elements of the bizarre . . the blocked escape, the ladder leading up to nowhere . . the yellow route to the rather too obvious getaway car . .

This is great AG. I think I would have called out to these bobbies just to get them to turn around looking in your direction. Quite an arresting image.... pun intended!
I'm just guessing here but, is the zig-zag yellow line a no stopping indicator?
