The Monument

At the close of my 3-mile City of London walk, I decided to sprint up the 311 spiral steps of The Monument. I doubt I will rush to do that again but I completed the climb in better shape than I feared but worse than I hoped !

Might post a couple of further shots at the top and from the top . .
