When the river is at very low tide, I can get out far from the bank under this 1869 railroad bridge where the ‘protection’ to persons passing underneath is not applied . . leaving just a skeleton look to the structure overhead.
I would have waited for a train to pass but the mud out there was looking for an easy victim and I didn’t feel like volunteering.
