I neglected to make a note of the true title of this sculpture but ‘Black Bean’ will do for now.
As you have seen with recent street scenes from nearby Shad Thames, London can be a tight, close, claustrophobic place. But here, in front of City Hall, there is a sudden contrast of openness which the 12mm scoops up. And, yes, that's the Tower of London over there on the left.
